Why did I write this book “Culture Change”?
I have been a trainer, facilitator and speaker for over 30 years. As an expert in leadership communication and Safety Culture Coach®, I have made it my mission to pass on all my knowledge and experience. In doing so, I combine the topics of leadership and occupational safety in a unique way and thus support companies in the further development of their culture.
My credo: occupational safety is not a boring and, above all, not an annoying topic. With modern occupational safety, companies can not only create a safe environment for their employees, but above all one in which everyone enjoys coming to work. The result? More motivation, better performance and ultimately better quality and higher productivity.
